Teslimat veya hizmetin sunulması

Teklifin teslimat ya da hizmet koşulları ödeme öncesinde gösterilir. Fiziksel ürün, dijital içerik, etkinlik veya hizmet için yöntem ve koşullar farklı olabilir. Satıcı, teklifindeki teslimat ve hizmet bilgilerinin doğruluğundan sorumludur.

İptal ve iade koşulları

Satıcının iptal ve iade koşulları sipariş onayından önce gösterilir ve işlem kaydına eklenir. Bu koşullar bulunduğunuz ülkedeki vazgeçilemeyen tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.

İade talebi

Uygun durumdaki sipariş için Superkod hesabındaki sipariş veya ödeme kaydından gerekçe belirterek iade talebi oluşturulabilir. Talep ve inceleme durumu ilgili sipariş kaydında izlenir. Destek gerektiren durumlar iletişim kanalına da iletilebilir.

Tutarın geri ödenmesi

Onaylanan tam veya kısmi iade, ödeme sağlayıcısı üzerinden ayrı bir finansal işlem olarak yürütülür. Sonuç sağlayıcı kaydıyla doğrulanır ve siparişin ödeme durumuna yansıtılır. Teslimatın geri alınması veya diğer satıcı işlemleri siparişe özel koşullara göre ayrıca tamamlanır.

İşlem kaydı

Sipariş, tahsilat, iade ve satıcı aktarımı ayrı durumlarla kaydedilir. Kullanıcı yaptığı ödemelerin ve iade taleplerinin durumunu hesabından; satıcı da yalnız kendi yetkili işlemlerini işletme alanından görür.

Delivery or service performance

Delivery or service terms are shown before payment. Physical goods, digital content, events and services may use different methods and conditions. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of its delivery and service information.

Cancellation and refund terms

The seller’s cancellation and refund terms are shown before order confirmation and retained with the transaction. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Refund request

For an eligible order, a user can submit a reasoned refund request from the order or payment record in the Superkod account. The request and review status remain linked to that order. Support requests may also be sent through the contact channel.

Returning funds

An approved full or partial refund is handled as a separate financial operation through the payment provider. The provider record confirms the result and updates the order status. Return delivery or other seller actions follow the order-specific terms.

Transaction record

Orders, collections, refunds and seller transfers have separate states. Users can view their own payment and refund status; sellers can view only their authorised transactions.
